Rob joined the Liberty Hill EDC in January of 2023. As a long-time resident of Liberty Hill, he has a vested interested in seeing the community succeed and felt that leveraging his experience in construction management and multifamily development would assist the City of Liberty Hill in achieving its goals. Public service has always been important to him, and he has been heavily involved in the Liberty Hill ISD, serving on 2 bond committees and a long-range capital improvement planning committee.
Rob currently works for Chalk Hill Ventures and oversees all construction related activity for large multifamily and mixed-use developments. In prior roles at Square One Consultants and Flintco (110 year old full-service construction company operating in 35+ U.S. states), Rob managed a variety of projects, ranging from suburban multifamily developments to complex projects such as Indeed’s Domain Tower and Gateway projects (over 500,000 SF of tech office in Austin, TX) and Seaholm Residences (30-story, 280 unit high-rise condo project in Austin, TX), as well as a wealth of other projects. Prior to entering the construction industry, Rob graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and spent nearly 15 years in the U.S. Army, serving multiple tours in Iraq, and is a recipient of the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. Rob also graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s Degree in Business. He has resided in Liberty Hill with his wife and two sons since 2016.
